Welcome to the E-Bridge team. We add value by providing file transfer services for our corporate customers and internal partners. As a Senior IT Operations Specialist / Seeburger BIS Specialist, you’ll play a valuable role in providing high quality, business critical and reliable service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Configurations and technical assessments for both new and existing partners.
- Monitor the Integration platform and assist with 2nd line support questions.
- Incident and problem handling on an advanced technical level.
The role is based in Gdańsk or Stockholm.

Your experience and background:
- You have experience of B2B integration.
- Very good technical knowledge and experience of communication and file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2.
- Very good knowledge of digital certificates and file/message integrity.
- Very good Linux skills.
- Scripting skills e.g. bash, Python, Powershell
- Automation skills e.g. Ansible.
- Good understanding of distributed systems.
Additional skills that would be an advantage:
- Experience with SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite, especially B2B/EDI and API/EAI.
- Knowledge about file messages/filetypes used in banking sector.
- Knowledge about additional protocols: SWIFT, MQ.
- Knowledge about Webservices.
