Job description:
- Receiving reports from employees about failures and technical faults in the office
- Registration of notifications and monitoring their status
- Providing employees with information on the status of notifications and implementation stages
- Processing emails and receiving calls from employees
- Creating reports monitoring the implementation of notifications
- Assistance in providing the highest quality of services by communication with clients employees
- Meeting room assistance
Requirements:
- Very good command of English and Chinese
- Familiarity with Chinese culture
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of MS-Office system
- Good command of Polish
- High communication skills
- Experience in helpdesk or customer service work is welcome
