The End User consulting group is looking for talented Citrix Engineer with experience in the infrastructure services primarily within the end-user workplace solutions and cloud solutions We are actively seeking a Citrix Engineer with in-depth knowledge of Citrix Workplace incl. Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops. Successful applicants will be able to work with Capgemini clients across the globe on the most exciting newest technologies in workplace space, including digital workspaces, mobility, Internet of Things, and cognitive computing.

 

If you are

• An experienced Citrix engineer with proven thought technical implementations and administration
• Able to socialize ideas, make recommendations, and gather team consensus to solve problems and support in prepare prototypes for proposed solutions
• Very good at communicating technical issues and solutions
• Analytical mind with evaluative and problem-solving abilities, able to support technical implementations and solutions aligned with the client’s business problems
• Planning to improve or develop your professional skills around IT designs and solutions
• Passionate about Citrix and Microsoft technologies

 

 

And you have

• Excellent knowledge and experience of administrating and implementing solutions with Citrix products for hybrid and on-prem/cloud platforms (Citrix Workspace, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops)
• Advance knowledge Citrix Clients, StoreFront, Provisioning Services, Citrix Profile Management, Citrix Access Gateway, MS RDS licenses, and monitoring tools
• Experience in Citrix NetScaler configuration
• Proven experience with Citrix Endpoint Management will be advantageous
• Knowledge about Microsoft Virtual Desktop will be advantageous
• Understanding of shared infrastructure and cloud technologies (Windows Server, VMWare, Azure, AWS)
• Experience in PowerShell to automate tasks
• Basic knowledge of virtualization infrastructure including VMware ESX Server, Virtual Center, VMotion
• Basic understanding of network topology

 

It is a non-client facing, non-operational, Engineering & Consulting role which requires excellent communication skills as well as high technical capabilities. Successful applicants will be able to work with Capgemini professional teams across the globe on the most exciting newest technologies.
Primary responsibilities may include: 

• Provide top-level technology consultancy services to our clients as a system engineer
• Support implementation and transformation programs for complex enterprise-scale solutions
• Work with Architects, Subject Matter Experts, Solution Designers in designing IT solutions (Transformation Projects)
• Act as Subject Matter Expert to deliver remediation for complex client’s issues and provide in-depth technical knowledge to our internal team

 
 

Our Engineers participate and actively support business initiatives by consulting and implementing reliable, efficient, scalable, and business-oriented Digital Workplace solutions based on Citrix, Microsoft, VMware, and supporting technologies. They might be involved in design support and architecture support of complex systems on all levels, from legacy migration, through core platform setup, to integrations, automation, and orchestrations.
