CRM & Analytics Manager

  • Very good ability to use Google Sheets (or Excel)
  • Ongoing analysis of statistics and interpretation of data
  • Development, monitoring, and building of new control models
  • Ability to think analytically and creatively
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Ability to organize own work
  • Conscientious/reliable execution of assigned tasks
  • Creative approach to implemented processes
  • Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence tools
  • Familiarity with SQL and BigQuery
  • Your tasks will include:
  • Preparation of reports, presentations, and analyses
  • Process automation
  • Analytical support of other departments
  • Pro-active attitude and independence of action
  • Ongoing analysis of statistics and interpretation of data
  • Updating data and preparing analytical dashboards
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar analytical or financial role, including previous experience supporting email marketing teams
  • Experience with SAAS solutions, with previous CDP/CRM experience highly desirable
  • Highly numerate, strong analytical capabilities, and evidence of being able to transform data into actionable insights
  • Strong Excel skills (experience with e.g. pivot tables, aggregation of data)
  • Proven experience dealing with large, complex datasets of different varieties (e.g. digital data, transactional data, marketing data)
  • Working knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
  • KPI-driven and solution-focused
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to communicate information clearly & concisely
  • Naturally curious with a passion for discovery
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Fluency in English (B2/C1)
