D365 Business Solution Architect

Key responsibilities

In the role as D365 solution architect, you will join an international team and act as hands on solution D365 architect . You will be joining an already well-established team who are mainly based in Warsaw office, that currently consist of 3 highly skilled D365 experts.

The role will require a broad and deep knowledge in Finance & Project modules and having the ability to design solutions by mapping customer business expectations to reusable end-to-end business application solutions.

The D365 solution architect will engage in decision-making discussions related to agility, business value, and business processes. The ERP department is working very closely with the business side, therefore having good communication skills with an application maintenance mindset would also be key to succeeding in this role.

The solution architect responsibilities will also include, but not limited to the following

Design end-to-end business processes and solution architecture along with the technical solution architect.

Facilitate and accelerate the decision process, considering the business strategy, drivers, requirements and challenges, while utilizing the newest and best technologies relevant to the solution proposed.

Establish an overview of the requirements defined by the business and help design the best possible solution.

Design and document  the business process, preferably in LCS.

Facilitate workshops with the business to analyze and design solutions for D365 application, and handle gaps detected during POC (prof of concept).

Perform solution demo to the business users.

Document, propose and discuss the architecture and solution options, recommendations and implications on task/bugs with your colleagues and users.

Working with technical personnel to make sure that the business needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions that is required.

Help the existing team with solving incident / bugs reported in DevOps.

Perform testing in our non-production environments.

• Ability to work independently, yet be part of a team
• D365FO Application experience
• Finance industry experience (preferred but not essential)
• Willingness to learn and be challenged
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
