- At least 3 years of working in a Shared Services environment, preferably with HC data management processes (maintenance of the employee’s life cycle)
- Experience in HR technology & processes with strong focus on data management
- Experience in cooperation and building the positive relationships with external / internal business partners
- Experience in monitoring & supporting the less experienced staff members
- Experience in planning & coordinating the team activities based on the workflow
- Experience in transition activities: preparation / review of the documentation, process & tools setup
- Experience in building structures and driving the execution
- Excellent communication skills

- Accurate, structured and strong attention to detail

- Bachelor/Master degree (or equivalent)
- Basic or good Dutch written and verbal

- Experience in working with Workday, ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Dutch legal rules & regulations: labor law / employment
