Project Description:

Youll be working in our clients Security Engineering - Access Management team. The team evaluates, implements, documents and provides third level support for our highly-available Access Management systems. The teams goal is to be a center of expertise for authentication, authorization and access rights management and provide these as a standardized service to the bank. By working closely with our partners in technology and other areas, we ensure that our applications are meeting best practice provisioning as well as managing risks.

Responsibilities
  • engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
  • translate business requirements into technical documentation
  • collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework
  • conduct as-is and to-be impact analysis, gap analysis
  • contribute to reduction of all security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards
  • identify opportunities to improve our processes
  • Work in a global project team and be the lead Business Analyst within the Access Management area
  • Contribute towards defining a future state design
  • Document all findings, and help obtain stakeholder consensus and sign-off
  • Develop operating models, governance frameworks, RACI, KPI, and SLAs
  • Collection of user stories and low-level requirements, functional and non-functional requirements
  • Quality Assurance and test planning
  • Take the role of intermediary, working closely with product teams and constantly interacting with Software Engineers, Testers and Subject Matter Experts on a range of Investment Banking, Personal Banking, Wealth Management and Trust Banking products and projects.
  • Work with architects, engineers, UX, QA and throughout the backlog building process, to avoid the roadblocks inherent in a sequential process
  • Actively involve oneself in the creation of a realistic roadmap that mitigates project risk
  • Active involvement with design activities
Skills

Crucial for this role:

  • Identity and Access Management knowledge
  • IT Security knowledge
  • Knowledge & concepts of user and service accounts and their lifecycle ( Joiner, Mover and Leaver)
  • SQL on a basic to intermediate level (able to write medium complexity queries and understanding the parts of code already written for the purpose of business analysis, recommendation and testing)
  • minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Agile framework delivery model (preferably the financial sector)
  • solid understanding of SDLC (deliverables/artefacts in terms of software) both from BA / Project management side of things.
  • experience with Jira/Confluence, ability to query RDBMS systems to gather data
  • inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs to create a consensus
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to structure requirements / facts / solutions with clarity and detail
  • Ability to create & maintain a product backlog with multiple stakeholders
  • Actively manage the clients expectations, make assumptions explicit and keep a log of important decisions throughout the engagement
  • Active involvement with Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing activities
  • Write User Acceptance Criteria
  • Sufficient understanding of technical idioms
  • Experience coordinating meetings with data and systems owners to gather information
