- collection, evaluation, refinement and consolidation of infrastructure related requirements coming from projects and application teams
- assistance and coordination of the infrastructure delivery teams in elaboration of correct effort and costs estimations, solution proposal and target architecture design
- facilitation of interaction between infrastructure and application teams
- support respective PM in planning and coordinating the activities of the assigned infrastructure related strategic project within the defined budget and timeline
- proactive management of projects risks, issues anticipation and problems identification, management of escalations
- support and coordination in elaboration of business case or case study
- interaction with other departments, both technical and functional
- adherence to client’s standard demand procedures and related processes (budgeting, expenditures, other governance rules)
- coordination, tracking and end-to-end support of infrastructure requests
- supportive functions to the Tech Demand Management & Business Partners Manager in the tasks related to governance of the area according to the defined targets and KPIs (e.g. coordinate budget planning and effort estimations, input collection related to yearly budget planning in alignment with other structural units; performance improvement of infrastructural services delivery processes, etc.)
- great communication skills in Polish & English, knowledge of German will be an additional asset
- solid experience in Infrastructure Demand Manager or a similar role
- understanding of banking IT infrastructure
- knowledge project management tools and Jira, Confluence or similar
- very good command of MS Office applications package
- flexibility in terms of type of contracts (B2B, permanent employment of contract)
