IT Support Specialist with German
Miejsce pracy: Berlin
Zadania:
You will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer issues via telephone, email and voicemail,
- Providing effective and efficient 1st line resolution to incidents working to SLAs,
- Following up on outstanding calls and communicate with customers.
Candidates profile:
- Fluency in German,
- About 6 months - 1 year of experience in technical customer service/ 1st line IT support,
- Good practical knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office,
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
