Junior Data Analyst with German

Grafton Recruitment is currently looking for a Junior Data Analyst with German for one of our Clients.
This is an opportunity to work for one of the largest companies which have built its own center of excellence and provides services for global clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Contact with German speaking Clients via mail and phone
- Analyzing data in the system
- Identification of any improper data
- Performing internal reports
- Preparing documentation
- Cooperation with other team members
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of German (B2/C1)
- Good knowledge of English (B1/B2)
- Experience in customer service will be an asset
- High interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills and ability to work in team
- Good knowledge of MS Office Package
- Availability to work on specific hours 13:30-22:00
