Junior QA Engineer
We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer with the basics of testing knowledge and a willingness to learn and develop. Based in our Research & Development team in Krakow, this role will see you working with cutting-edge technologies to help shape the future of our existing and new products. If you are driven and creative, with the ability to bring ideas to life, then we’d like to hear from you.
Key requirements:
- Responsible for assuring the quality of our software
- Planning, preparing, executing and reporting the results of manual test cases
- Working with an international team of developers, business analysts and project managers
- Preparation and management of test documentation and analysis of other documentation
Applicants must have:
- Nice to have experience in software testing
- Nice to have ISTQB Foundation certification (or greater)
- Working knowledge of SQL
Candidates should have:
- Working experience with Agile - Scrum methodology
- Test Automation experience
- Experience using integrated test management tools for defect tracking, test cases and requirements traceability
- Experience of test planning, preparation, execution and reporting
- Domain knowledge in Insurance field
- Ability to think logically
- Accuracy and thoroughness in assigned tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both in a team and alone
- Strong use of English, both written and verbal
