Knowledge Coordinator

Your Tasks
  • Learning all aspects of the Help Juice Knowledgebase tool
  • Maintaining the current database, reviewing all documentation on a 6 monthly basis, making sure that all documentation is easy to follow, structured logically, searchable, up to date and updatable etc.
  • Adding to the database process for requests, policies, and anything else that can be considered as knowledge
  • Keeping the information up-to-date (typically by attending meetings, being involved in email chains or scheduled checks). Typically this would be done with the help of experts (which need to be identified)
  • Working closely with experts and management to ensure a high standard of knowledge
  • Advising/clarifying on process related questions
  • Releasing new/flashes and regular ‘recent changes’ communications to the teams
  • Monthly reporting
  • Striving to increase use of knowledgebase, promote the use of the knowledgebase to increase the number of read articles each month
  • Identifying and implementing processes – being as short as possible, SLA proofing and maximising revenue
  • Contract until the end of December 2022 with a possibility of extension

  • Proactivity, driven and structure in thought and work
  • Eitynough technical skills and experience to be able to understand technical documentation competently
  • Excellent English
  • Excellent communication skills
