Lead System Architect

Summary
The Lead System Architect role is responsible for providing guidance to the technical team in terms of Architecture Design, establishing coding standards etc.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to the delivery team
- Develop plan for individual team member and monitor the quality and correctness of outputs
- Conduct periodic reviews and track technical issues to closure
- Ensure compliance to PEGA standards, processes and best practices
- Co-ordinate with team on regular basis on work distribution, discuss technical challenges etc.
- Co-ordinate with Client technical team members on external system dependencies, environment related issues etc.
- Review discussions with Pega systems as and when needed
- Owner of technical estimation
You have
- Requires Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering
- Requires 5 to 10 years of experience with minimum 5 years in PEGA
