Learning and Development Administrator

Your Tasks
  • Administering of the internal reward system for our learning platform
  • Managing reward requests, contacting employees, sending out rewards
  • Looking for cost-saving solutions and efficient methods of delivering the rewards
  • Creating courses and tests, uploading training materials to the platform
  • Handling user management, creating and managing accounts, generating reports
  • Providing general support for the team regarding the learning platform

Our Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to develop
  • Strong English skills
