Must have
- Knowledge of MS Teams and/or O365 in general,
- Experience in networking in combination with Real Time Media,
- Experience in analyze and improve based on the Call Quality Dashboard,
- Over five years of experience
Nice to have
- Knowledge on Pexip, Anywhere 365 and Teams Room Systems,
- Experience in:
- Enterprise Voice on MS Teams and on Connectors,
- Modern Management for Skype/Teams Room Systems,
- Evidencing Risk Controls on MS Teams,
- Powershell and automation.
- University Bachelor’s degree,
- Good knowledge of English (minimum at B2 level).
