- Identify, research, and resolve 2nd & 3rd level Technical Support problems related to the Internet, Firewalls, LANs, WLANs, WANs and other Network components,
- Monitor network performance and quickly restore network resilience.
- Identify and implement service and operational improvements.
- Support business change activity.
- Create, submit knowledge articles.
- Support the Incident Management team to identify root cause and facilitate service recovery.
- Fluent spoken and written English,
- Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls including management via Panorama
- Experience with Aruba Wireless controllers and infrastructure
- Experience with HP routing platforms and dynamic routing protocols
- Experience with Azure Cloud network services, including express route
- Understanding ITIL disciplines or ITIL qualified.
- Experience with ITSM platform (Service Now preffered).
- Nice to have experience with pharmacy and/or automation environments.
