Currently, for our client we are looking for:
Program Manager

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for building a roadmap
- Responsibility for planning long term development strategy
- Responsibility for planning lifetime / replacement strategy based on market and technical research
- Taking care about TCU portfolio, building overview which TCUs are planned in which products
- Contact with stakeholders from Viessmann Product Groups, collecting business requirements
- Contact with development teams, collecting technical requirements, understanding technical limitations
- Backlog management, support for Requirement Engineering
- Planning integration of different features and services into this electronic platform (ex. Remote Diagnostic, OTA, NBIoT, ZigBee, EEBUS, Home Energy Management service, Single Room Control service)
- Integration of planning from development substreams into the roadmap
- Planning integration of 3rd party software components, understanding limitations
- Release planning for electronic production
- Cooperation with teams across Europe - development locations, System Architecture Team, Product / Project Management
What we expect:
- Professional experience in Product Management, experience with building Product Roadmap
- Understanding of embedded software engineering process

- Analytical skills, ability to abstract complex processes to key elements and figures which need to be reflected in overall planning
- Fluent written and spoken English
