Primary area of responsibility will be:
- Installing and configuring of virtual Windows and Linux servers
- Incident handling and correction on servers (as part of installation process)
- Performing in the server delete process
- Performing virtual HW changes – adding RAM, CPU etc on virtual machines
What we expect you to have:
- Basic IT knowledge:
- Windows Operating Systems / Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016
- Linux
- Windows AD
- SCCM
- SCOM
- Virtual machines/ VMware
- Knowledge to ITIL framework
- Knowledge of ITSM systems
Also, we want you to be:
- Methodical in your approach to work tasks
- Good communicator
- Distinct team player
- Passionate about good customer service (keep what you promise to the customers)
