Daily activities:
Leading team of engineers working on driver development in C/C++. Competency development, effort estimation and project planning. Cooperation with international teams.
We work with:
- C/C++
- FPGA and ASIC
- 4 and 5G telecommunication standards
Our expectations:
- Masters or Bachelors degree
- 5+ years of experience in Telco or IT business
- 1+ years of experience in management
- experience in leading 15+ size team will be an advantage
- proven strong leadership skills
- understanding of hardware and software development life cycle
- familiarity with quality assurance tools and technics
- excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- strong result orientation
- creativity in problem solving

- decision making skills
- ability to efficiently acquire and share information
- excellent networking and communication skills in multicultural environment
- good communication in English (both written and spoken)
