Team Leader with German (m/f)

Responsibilities:
- Create an stimulating team spirit within the team
- • Oversee day-to-day operation
• Set clear goals for the team members
• Provides clear, concise and relevant communication
• Resolves customer escalation in a timely manner
• Plans and distributes workload appropriately
• Inspire team members
• Discover development needs and work to fulfill them
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
• Produces and analyses management reports to allocate work and report on trends
• Suggest and organize team building activities
Experience Required:
- Very good knowledge of German
- Very good knowledge of English
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Outstanding orientation on customer
- Excellent communication, leadership and coordination skills
- Decision-making skills
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent administrative skills and ability to analyse data and produce reports
