- Review and translation of business demands into technical requirements (functional/ non-functional).
- Detailing of user stories in close alignment with business and Agile development teams, estimation of efforts. Identification of business product roadmap implications on technology and infrastructure setup.
- Analysis of technological implications and recommendations for technology selection.
- Alignment and consultation with BTS/ IT (ongoing and on-demand) regarding technological questions (infrastructure, application landscape) and operational support, and security.
- Ensure products can be integrated into relevant global solutions.
- Selection and management of external technology and software development vendors, including work organization and challenging/ sparring during the entire development process.
- Ensuring technical quality and compliance through code & test reviews.
- Providing product descriptions for training and maintenance.
- University degree in Computer Science or a comparable field of study
- 3+ years of experience with PoS & Salesforce relevant solutions
- 1+ year experience as technical lead or architect, including coordination of external development partners
- Fluent in English in speaking and writing (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience with consumer touchpoints at the PoS, brand advocacy incentives for stores, and shelf & storage product availability solutions
- Experience with PoS customer journey analytics and digitalization of product portfolio
- Proficiency in the optimization of salesforce operations through digitization using different technologies
- Experience with delivering multi-brand and multi-market B2B solutions
- Experience in driving architectural decisions
- Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define and prioritize product features to maximize the value delivered
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and its DevOps capabilities beneficial
- Proficiency with code repository and deployment processes
- Experience with lean and agile principles of delivering innovative products
