Position Context:
Test Manager in the clients system team / Team FCP Platform being responsible for SAS AML Solution which is a cloud AML Suite hosted by AWS. The team has the overall responsibility of the Platform / SAS AML solution and interacts with different feature teams building business feature on the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Test Manager is primarily responsible for all tests related to the technical implementation of the platform.
- Tests will be defined and executed in cooperation with the program Test manager and other Test managers in the program.
- The Test manager will do a lot of coordination with 3rd party vendors and feature teams in the organization.
- Examples:
- Verification of environments before onboarding of new tenants
- Clarification of the need for test related to new features
- Establish and maintain a suite of automated regression tests across teams
- Evaluate performance test results
Requirements:
- Solid track record of being a test manager +5 years
- Certified/ documented knowledge of test management (ISTQB)
- Participated in the implementation of a standard solution
- Self-driven & Proactive
- Data-centric systems
- Performance Testing
- Not afraid of getting dirty
Preferred Knowledge:
- Understanding of test automation tools, approach, test pyramid (we are not expecting that this person will have the knowledge of how to write scripts)
- SAFE/ Running Agile
- Working with the international environment/across the cultures
